You may have noted that the answer given is actually, “I’m New”. But, this caused some cnfusion with the clerk working, because the customer obviously didn’t answer the question properly and didn’t clarify.
Please, the correct answer is (INSERT LAST NAME), not a statement about your status as a dvd renter.
